These terms govern your use of the CashOrca website, dashboard, mobile app and APIs. A separate merchant agreement applies when you process live payments.

Our role

CashOrca provides payment technology: checkout, routing, reporting and related tools. Payments are processed and settled by licensed acquirers and payment institutions in each market. Their terms also apply to the payments they process.

Your account

• You must give accurate business information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys secret.
• We may ask for documents to verify your business before and after going live.

Fees and payouts

Fees are set out in your merchant agreement or on our pricing page. We may hold payouts, or ask acquirers to hold them, when required by risk, regulation or the card schemes.

Acceptable use

You may not use CashOrca for illegal goods or services, for activity that breaks card scheme rules, or to process payments for another business without our written approval. Some industries need extra review before going live.

Test mode and demo

The public demo dashboard shows invented data. No real money moves in test mode.

Liability

The service is provided as is during testing. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell active merchants about material changes before they take effect.
